What is required to setup the email notification service in AyushEHR?
First of all, the email notifications work only if the target User & Guest/Patients have an email configured. So please ensure that this is done at the time of registration of the guests/patients and when users are created in your organization.
Password recovery, Task notification & Support ticket/feedback are centrally managed and don’t need any additional setups. Send forms/reports & Support ticket/feedback use your organization’s email service and so you need to configure an SMTP service for it to work.
This can be done from the “Servers” menu on the settings page.
